Jeddah (TDI): President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), Sardar Tahir Mahmood, inaugurated the Pakistan International Property Expo in Jeddah, marking a major milestone in promoting Pakistan’s real estate opportunities to global investors.
Organized under the banner of Pakistan International Property, the exhibition featured some of the country’s most prominent builders, developers, and investment groups.
It served as a vibrant showcase for premium housing and commercial projects while offering insight into the growing strength of Pakistan’s real estate market.
During his inaugural remarks, Sardar Tahir Mahmood highlighted Pakistan’s vast investment potential, calling the country a “paradise for investors.”

He said the real estate and construction industries have become key drivers of economic progress, offering secure and profitable ventures for both domestic and overseas investors.

He praised the organizers for arranging an international-standard property expo in Jeddah, describing it as a valuable bridge between Pakistan’s business community and global investors.
Such events, he noted, help boost investor confidence and deepen economic cooperation with Saudi Arabia and beyond.
