New York (TDI): Jose Alberto Briz Gutierrez, Guatemala’s Ambassador to the United Nations, paid a courtesy call on Pakistan Ambassador Munir Akram at the Pakistan Mission to the UN.
Both diplomats discussed a wide range of matters that included enhancing cooperation between the two missions bilaterally as well as across the United Nations platforms among other matters.
The meeting underscored the commitment of both countries fostering strong diplomatic relations and mutual understanding.
They explored opportunities for collaboration on global issues such as sustainable development, climate change and international peacekeeping efforts, reflecting their shared priorities within the UN framework.
