# GBA, Kazakhstan’s KIT Sign MoU to Establish Cross-Border Business Presence

**Islamabad (TDI): **The Global Business Alliance (GBA) of Pakistan and Astana-based ULE “KIT” Business Association have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening bilateral business cooperation and establishing reciprocal institutional presence in Pakistan and Kazakhstan.

The agreement, signed on Wednesday, marks an important step toward building a structured entrepreneurial and innovation bridge between the two countries.

Under the MoU, the parties have agreed to establish a KIT branch in Pakistan while designating a GBA office in Kazakhstan, creating a dual platform for cooperation, exchange of expertise, and joint initiatives.

The partnership seeks to support entrepreneurs, businesses, and institutions through educational programs, consulting, acceleration initiatives, business missions, and networking forums across both markets.

KIT is a Kazakhstan-registered global business community headquartered in Astana, focused on transforming traditional business models into creative, innovation-driven enterprises.

Its ecosystem emphasizes sustainable development, socially responsible entrepreneurship, and the creation of long-term value through environmentally friendly and forward-looking technologies.

Through its international expansion, KIT aims to promote a culture of “creative entrepreneurship” that combines economic growth with societal benefit.

GBA, headquartered in Islamabad, is an international business and trade cooperation platform facilitating bilateral and multilateral partnerships.

With its extensive network spanning diplomatic missions, governments, trade bodies, and business enterprises, GBA works to enable result-oriented collaborations and strategic alliances for its members across global markets.

According to the MoU, both organizations will provide mutual organizational, expert, and informational support to ensure the effective functioning of the proposed branches.

The cooperation framework includes joint educational and consulting programs, business acceleration initiatives, conferences, B2B and B2G engagements, and the development of a digital and, eventually, physical platform to host collaborative activities.

The agreement also outlines a reciprocal office-hosting arrangement, whereby GBA’s office in Pakistan will host KIT’s branch operations, and KIT’s office in Kazakhstan will serve as GBA’s representative base. This structure is intended to facilitate smoother market entry, regulatory navigation, and sustained engagement with local stakeholders.
