Calabria, 12 October 2021 (TDI): The Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), Luigi Di Maio met the British Secretary of State (SoS) for International Trade and President of The Board of Trade, Anne-Marie Trevelyan.
The main emphasis throughout the meeting was on bilateral trade and bolstering of economic relations by ratcheting up the trade between both countries.

Both sides also conversed on the upcoming G20 and G& conference. Moreover, Italian MoFA stressed the need of making the approaching World Trade Organization’s 12th Ministerial Summit a success.
Conference of the Parties 26 (COP26) – UN Climate Change Conference- agenda was also debated in the bilateral meeting.
