Special Armies of Pakistan and Morocco in an effort against terrorism engaged in Bilateral Joint Exercise at Pabbi.

Rawalpindi, 23 October 2021 (TDI): Pakistan and Morocco engaged in a Bilateral Joint Exercise today at National Counter-Terrorism Center (NCTC). Special forces of both countries participated in the bilateral Joint Exercise in Pabbi.

Earlier NCTC hosted the Joint Anti-Terrorist Exercise (JATE) from September 21 to October 4, 2021. The JATE was a joint initiative of the members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

The Bilateral Joint Exercise between the two countries consisted of drills such as cordon and search, compound clearance, close quarter battle, fast roping, rappelling, combat medics, and other various drills. This Bilateral joint exercise program is the first-ever In the history of the Pakistan-Morocco relationship.

The aim of this Bilateral Joint Exercise was to have a mutual experience in countering terrorism. This Exercise helped the two countries in rehearsing and choosing the best practices during the drills. It has also helped the two countries to come closer in developing cooperation between the two armies.
