Canberra, 5 November 2021 (TDI): Australia engaged Slovenia over the regional strategic Challenges in the running week.
Australia’s Foreign Minister, Marise Payne, and Slovenian Foreign, Minister Anže Loģar discussed the matters on the telephone.
In a tweet, Marise Payne announced the development calling a good discussion with her Counterpart over multiple issues.

The discussion includes the global importance of economic coercion along with strategic regional challenges.
The South Pacific country also exchanged views to highlight the importance of the Indo-Pacific. Australia is the key member of the quadrilateral alliance Quad and a Trilateral Security Pact AUKUS.
Slovenia’s Presidency of the EU Council also came under the phone call debate between the pair. Later, In response to Miss Payne’s tweet, the Slovenian Foreign Minister retweeted her tweet over his profile.
Australia engaged Slovenia in its campaign to discuss the strategic challenges of Indo-Pacific with European countries. Earlier, its Foreign Minister also engaged the key European Union countries including the UK, Sweden, and Austria.
Marise also telephoned the Health Minister of Malaysia, Khairy Jamaluddin today to discuss cooperation on shared pandemic recovery. Moreover, Australia announced last week to reopen its embassy in Swiss Capital Bern, in 2022.
