Lithuania, 3rd September 2021 (TDI): The Minster of Foreign affairs of Lithuania is celebrating its 30th anniversary today that marks the re-establishment of its diplomatic ties with Turkey. Lithuania and Turkey are two like-minded countries with powerful allies, as both are members of NATO. Hence, standing for the same cause of creating an alliance to build the spirit of solidarity and cohesion among their allies. In the future, both the states hope to enhance this bond of friendship and cooperation by deepening their bilateral relations.
